She's full of crap and clearly hiding something. Her argument that Glenn doesn't own Miss America and therefore has no right to the documents he's requesting is desperate at best. That argument alone assumes that a decision on ownership has already been decisioned. Hey, Robin - IT HASN'T!!
She also contends a couple of times that "confidential" information has been leaked by Glenn and/or his team. Um Robin, NO ONE IS LEAKING ANYTHING!! Some of us happen to be following all of this closely because we're concerned about YOU. Decisions you've made, personal vendettas you have, punishing people you don't like, lying to us, making stupid decisions - then reversing them because you don't think things through, telling us we didn't hear you say something (sometimes multiple times)...THE LIST GOES ON AND ON. So no, no one is leaking confidential information - we're just paying attention - to the trial, the testimony, the filings...and you're not looking so good.
Especially interesting is her refusal to produce financial documents relating to Miss America (account information, tax returns). Seems like that information might be of interest to the 52 state programs who are sending her money every time we turn around. Interesting to the volunteers who give their time and often money, to this program. Some transparency might be eye-opening.
It will be interesting to see how the judge responds to her latest antics - it's a shame he can't just say he's had enough of her stalling and bullshit and make a ruling already.
