Subject: HOla! Just back from a very long vacation with my entire family spending a few weeks in Spain and Portugal. Saved for many years to go and it was worth it. But now I am back and reading such nonsense here again. I understand Glenn has his band of minions here posting stuff to create chaos and distrust but for those with a brain let's discuss: 1) It is no one's business where anyone "gets their money." Why do you think you are entitled to know how much money someone has? Or the source of someone's net worth? So immature. 2)Lawyers bring motions instead of producing documents when they think there is a legal argument to make on relevancy, immateriality, confidentiality etc. I listened to the hearing and Straub did not testify. if he could withstand a perjury charge by telling the truth uder oath one would assume he would have testified but he didn't so people can draw their own conclusions. There was reference to a deposition by his controller who stated under oath

that there WAS NO AUDIT DONE AND THEREFORE NO FINDING OF ANY MISDEEDS MUCH LEFT MISUE OR MISAPPROPRIATION OF FUNDS BY ROBIN. That FACT in Evidence would make Straub's request for financial information irrelevant as that claim has not been proven. Straub has the burden of proof and he failed therefore documents related to that claim arguably would be immaterial as there is nothing for them to relate to. Robin is therefore within her rights to object to having to produce irrelevant material. Straub had to prove his claims and he failed to do so and in fact his top financial officer disputes his claim. Understand how this works? (NT)No name

4) This is a for profit company. Why do you think you are entitled to demand things from Robin including her financials? This is not a not for profit where you can ask for its tax returns. If you gave money you got something for it. A ticket, a program book, a license to operate. Did you donate to the scholarship fund? Just trying to understand why you think you can demand things of her and when she runs her business her way you bitch and moan. There are lots of organizations who would love your time and money. Go there. Sorry, don't mean to be harsh but the sense of entitlement on this board is out of whack. Just FYI. This is not the old MAO. Any committees or processes that that old board had in place do not carry forward here unless Robin decides to create something anew that is similar. (NT)No name

5) Now I looked at the things posted here and showed them to a couple of actual lawyers. Their questions to me were the same. How does a lawyer's email to another lawyer make it onto an anonymous message board unless it was "leaked" you know, given to someone outside the intended recipients to post here. That evidences the fact that Straub's team is using this board and all of you for its disinformation campaign. Maybe there are only a few people posting here using different IPs or VPNs. But understand that if a subpoena is issued you can run but you cannot hide. 6) I hope what ever disagreement or dislike you have for Robin does not blind you to the threat that in my opinion ownership by someone like Straub poses to the women who enter this program and to its legacy. I for one will let the evidence speak and not play the telephone game nor allow people who have their own agenda color the information. The truth will set you free. (NT)No name
