Subject Author Date There was discussion at the December 2022 stete ED meeting that Shantel refused to come to where the states were asking about the possibility of allowing the states to take over. There are some really well run states and some really smart people involved across the country. That discussion was never taken seriously by Ryan (since Shantel was too chicken to even be in the room) and I would bet money that he never took that request any further up the food chain. They already knew what they were up to and they didn't want anything getting in the way of that. This deal wasn't for the program and the girls - this was for their personal benefit - get Shantel paid back and make this someone else's problem as quickly as possible. There were even talks about getting it back in AC because of Straub’s business deals there. So Straub is the only reason it went to Robin and not the Dallas people. How ironic is it that now she’s fighting that fact. Robin rushed this deal, Shantel just wanted to get rid of it as fast as she could because everyone hated her, and that’s why we’re here. Robin even talked crap about Shantel during the dealings with Straub saying “We don’t need to give Shantel anymore time to screw things up”.
