Subject: Both the executive director and president of the Miss WI board live in the New Berlin area, so from a logistics standpoint, this move makes sense. The president is also the general manager of a hotel in the area, so I'm guessing it may become the competition's host hotel. Subject Author Date Presidents of state pageant boards come and go almost yearly---unless Wisconsin is rigged to have just one or two people at the top handling and dictating everything every year. Most state pageant board members elect a new president (among themselves) every year Sometimes there are presidents who have one or two consecutive terms. That state board then picks/hires someone to be the state executive director.
