The states won’t do anything. Mark my words. They are not in charge of Miss America. Never have been and never will be. The states have been in the same position since all the craziness started with Gretchen. No, they do not stand up and speak out. It’s too hard. Sure you could risk getting kicked out and then go start your own pageant like Volunteer did, but it’s not worth it and trust me the state EDs left do not have any fight in them like Allison did. At this point the ones left are the ones that sit back and let it happen to them no matter what. This is meant as a threat but actually it reveals are stupid the people who are on the "let's smear Robin" team really are. I fo one hope there is such an event as each organizer and participant can find themselves a defendant in a defamation an tortious interference with business lawsuit. I wish I could be there at the pageant itself but will have my popcorn ready to read the goings on that surely will be posted here with breathless, inane commentary.
