Subject: You must cannot read well then. It clearly says that they both have to AGREE on the monitor. So if Glenn does not approve that means Robin’s monitor will not be permitted.

Actually what it says is the court will appoint a monitor if Straub elects to have one appointed. Then the parties can try to agree on one and if they cannot agree, both sides submit three names and the court will appoint one. (NT)No name
