It was truly a train wreck. I could not believe the evening gown debacle. This is so unfair to pick semifinalists from regions. There are some entire continents that deserve to make the cut and some continents that don't have a contender in the bunch, but will still be up there. Plus, National Costume is being judged for placement? So of those costumes you have to look ugly to make them effective. Stupid idea. Plus, all that yelling and screaming.....my nerves were shot. There were some beauties last night, then there were the.....others. It's a shame that they are having to compete in an apopoplectic version of a once beautiful pageant. -- Guru Message Board
