Check this Miss Universe 2024 website listing for names and ages of the 125 contestants. Miss Malta is 40 years old, though not sure if Beatrice is married. Anyone know the list of those who are married and those married or unmarried with children? Seems like a complicated mess--just have single women enter and compete, hence the pageant title of MISS as in Miss Universe...its not Ms. Universe. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Miss_Universe_2024 Ages should be 18 to 26.

In the early years, married women competed at Miss USA and Miss Universe from 1952 to 1956. Miss India 1952, Indrani Rahman (1930 – 1999) was a married mother of two children. She did not make the semifinals at the inaugural 1952 Miss Universe pageant. They changed the rule in 1957, immediately affecting Miss USA 1957, Leona Gage from Maryland, who won but was dethroned after competing in the 1957 Miss Universe preliminary. It was discovered that Leona Gage, a married mother of two children, had lied about her age, claiming to be 21 when she was actually 18.
