Who was Penny and what was Turn For the Judges--and what aspects did you like about her pageant website?Anyone replace Penny when her website went off or when she died--what ever came first?

Penny's site was the most comprehensive place you could get pageant results on ALL pageants-not just the major ones.No name

Peggy would update the site every week with a picture and information about the new local winners, for every local in the country. I felt I knew 70% of all contestants nationwide by following TFTJ every year. (NT)No name
