From what I understand, Ilan A. Nieuchowicz (Robin's legal eagle) has requested to be relieved of his duties bu the judge, as requested by Mr. Nieuchowicz.

"Ilan A. Nieuchowicz is relieved of any and all further obligations or responsibilities
regarding the representation of Defendants, who continue to be represented by counsel of record Gene Rossi and Justin Chretien of Carlton Fields"

Look, I'm not a lawyer, and I hope someone who has been paying attention could help explain a few things:

1)I thought Robin owned the "Miss America IP LLC", but the lawsuit now states that Miss America IPLLC is the Plaintiff, and Robin, along with the Miss America Scholarship Foundation is the defendant.... I thought that Robin and Glen were fighting about who owned the Miss America IP LLC... the way this lawsuit has the plaintiffs listed as:

MISS AMERICA COMPETITIONS, LLC, a
Florida Limited Liability Company; MISS
AMERICA IP, LLC, a Florida Limited
Liability Company; and MAO IP HOLDING
COMPANY, LLC, a Delaware Limited
Liability Company
Plaintiffs,
v.
ROBIN FLEMING, and
MISS AMERICA SCHOLARSHIP
FOUNDATION, INC., a Florida not-forprofit Corporation f/k/a MISS AMERICA
OUTSTANDING TEEN, INC., a Delaware
not-for-profit Charitable Corporation

I just wish Robin would be honest with us about all of this.
