There is a pageant guy claiming he has a network and I’m told is taking investors but it’s just a YouTube channel and yes anyone can make one. They are digital magazines created under the guise of the real thing. No affiliation with the originals and just off enough that the webpages can exist until they are taken down. Think Vogue Italy instead of the real Vogue Italia. Girls are encouraged to spend thousands to be 'featured'. Same scam wannabe models have dealt with for ages.
