Subject: Is it possible to fit a M42 engine instead of a M40?

First of all - big thanks to all of u who advised me to return to my original mafler. that free flow one that my car came with did nothing but harm the engine's performance, and i only figured it out after reinstalling the Original mafler back on.

Second of all - i was wondering lately about planting a M42 1.8 engine instead of my M40 1.6.
i understand that along with the engine i should replace the car's motronic MCU, but is there any other modification need to be made in order to fit the M42 into my car?

Thanks InAdvance

Ron
