I was at the MS Spirit Pageant and they had like 30 contestants. WAY MORE than the actual pageant. The contestants were fantastic, but the pageant itself was TOTALLY disorganized. I felt bad for the current MS Volunteer and MS Volunteer Teen winner's who tried their best to keep the whole thing together, but it was just too far gone.
