NC Miss state title holder just competed for a prelim to go to NC USA… first of all that looks so poor on their state for allowing this (if they allowed it), she should not be able to wear crown again. Why not just wait to give up title before you compete for something else? What happened to loyalty? -- Miss Volunteer America Pageant
