Subject: I understand the scoring — 25% across the board. Top 10 determined after prelims but top 15/ 12 announced for production purposes. There were girls who were very consistently strong in all phases onstage that didn’t make the 15. It’s pageantry, it happens, but it’s a bummer to see. You can’t deny there was a certain look that was continually rewarded.
