This was my thought! I didn't mean to sound like I was picking on her, but they've had native Miss Michigan Volunteers before, so why would they give Lydia the title? If they wanted to give her an opportunity at nationals, they could've given her a state like Maine or Nebraska that hasn't had consistent representation. -- Miss Volunteer America Pageant
