Subject: That's what I'm afraid of. I've been a volunteer girl through and through because of all the drama with MAO, but if they're gonna start blatantly picking and choosing girls for states instead of trying to grow a state Pageant, that's a huge bummer.

I heard she got accepted to law school in VA next year, but that wouldn’t qualify her for this year. And don’t believe online classes count either. And they even held a pageant with quite a few girls in it. Seems like Volunteer bends the rules for those they like." on Mon December 09, 2024 19:26:10 [ Next Thread | Previous Thread | Next Message | Previous Message ] |

Don’t get me wrong, I love Haleigh and think she will probably win the national title, but I feel bad for the other girls who competed in the VA pageant who did meet the qualifications. Because it’s clear that Haleigh didn’t. She’s a Texas girl through and through. Not sure why she didn’t just compete in that state.
