There were so many gorgeous, not just throw out the word gorgeous, but STUNNING young women competing; so many accomplished and well educated (& at exceptional schools), so many who had talents you'd want to see again!, and all their gowns were glamorous with national level presentations/ poise. I can't remember a pageant with tougher competition!! It was the first time I though the cliche pageant statement "the judges have such a tough job picking one" was overwhelmingly true! It could have been so many girls night! -- Miss Volunteer America Pageant

And so comfortable in her own skin. Miss RI was drop dead gorgeous and since she was going to Wharton for her MBA, she was my pick at that point.
