Subject: Enema recipes

Hi I was wondering if anyone knew of any enema recipe books etc. Like most parents use to have back in the day.

Would love to find books or manuals that have good recipes and information for volume to age or tempature suggestions that type of thing.

I'd love if the recipes were for punishment but if not that's ok to
Any recipes or informational manuals, books etc. Would be awesome
And depending on what was in the book I'd be willing to buy it from a collector if needed.
