Closest thing I've found to what you're describing is this paper online as of this writing, titled "Parents Guide to Colon Health for Children."

http://valerie_cct.tripod.com/parentsg.html

It does give volume recommendations for children by weight,
but I don't know how accurate or safe these recommendations are. I want to emphasize also I am presenting this link for purposes of information only and this is not a recommendation or endorsement of the information in it, nor am I recommending enemas for children, nor do I endorse the use of or in any way recommend the use of enemas for punishment of anyone of any age.

That said, Many of the stories contained on enema websites are obviously fiction, especially the volume amounts, and imo should not be taken seriously. I believe if anything enema volume amounts should be underestimated for safety's sake. Caution is always advisable.
