I don't think they are flagging IP addresses.
My ISP uses DHCP so I don't have a fixed IP address and thy sure kicked me off.

If I weree running my own website or mail server I would need to contact My ISP and pay a few dollars extra for a static IP

SwitchbladeSusie was kicked off for writing about hr kids and I was cautioned on it a few times.

Seems they want to keep it to their own vry tight knit group who all know each other off line!
