It can actually be effective if you totally ignore the "usually 2-5 minute" Part, and treat it like ANY OTHER enema.
Same rules for ANY enema

RELAX!!

Take EVERY DROP you can

Hold it in you A LONG AS PHYSICALLY POSSIBLE

Choose a position before you start and STAY IN THAT POSITION until the enema tells you that you physically can't

Do that with a Fleet enema and it DOES work!
