Kador, lounging near the entrance to the tavern, tracks the progress of the new pair idly. His eyes only widen in surprise as he recognizes a vestige of an expression in the eyes of the gold Kilven. Shaking his head in amazement, he reaches A'rak's mind.

It's Kalya. And Layat... Layae. A'rak, after watching his sister leave, whips his head around to stare at his bonded.

No.... He says, shaking his head in disbelief as his hands...well, they were paws now really, go to his face in quiet self appraisal.

LOOK. Is all Kador says, gesturing with his muzzle toward the girl picking herself up off the floor. Gulping, A'rak stands himself, unable to deny the fact that it IS Kalya and praying that he's not dreaming again.

As he walks over to the pair, he is again concious of how different he has become, from thick fur on his newly burlier arms to the click of the talons on his ankles. Gathering up the nerve that earned him Kador in the first place, he speaks to her back. "Kalya? I'm....I'm not dreaming. It's you?"
