A'rak heads down to the Perches with Kadoth after breakfast. He knows, like Akema does, that their relationship isn't set in stone, it's fun while it lasts like all of the bronzerider's. And they'll still be good friends of course, sharing affection and perhaps the occaisonal weyr together. But for now, he's far from settling down. So he harnesses up his dragon and heads down for a cleaning.

It doesn't take very long for him to notice the large group of riders, however his thought process DOES take a few moments. Kadoth, busy swimming in the lake, is no help. It's a gold, but it can't be Shrineth because the woman isn't his sister, and that brown looks familiar, and the green even moreso... But the gold could be Mylanith, but again, the woman is not Talla, or Tsuga so it's not Alestiath. Then his gaze swings to the greenrider again, recognizing the fall of blonde hair and the eyes. "T'yin!" He remarks aloud, followed closely by "S'sha!"

Kadoth swings his head around to regard the newly returned, but for the placid bronze soaking in the lake deserves much more attention. However, a cordial and respectful nod is given to his mother for he knows the older queen is not overly fond of exclamatory compliments as he's not overly fond of giving them. She's back, he's glad, and now the lake is cool and good for swimming.

A'rak, however, races to the group of riders and hugs the newly returned one by one, enthusiastically and with a bright glint of joy in his blue eyes. It was so nice to gain when they had lost so much over the years! He's filled to the brim with questions and things to tell them, but seeing how tired they are, he reins himself in heavily. When he speaks, it is with breathless politeness.

"Greetings returning riders. We are very glad you have returned. You must be very tired, if there's anything I can do for you, let me know." His eyes dance with exueberant glee, but he's sure the last thing someone who's flown for hours, perhaps even days, is exueberant glee. So he remains restrained...barely.
