How universal are over the lap spankings? Most I witnessed were mom standing and swatting. I assume over the knee is used for less spontaneous spankings, those by mom or dad after getting home to give a promised correction. Second observation: The position is almost universally used in film for when the hero spanks the heroine. It is it’s humiliating and also almost romantic, as it would seem brutal if done with her standing or bent over. Because of that, OTK is established early and will continue at older ages for as long as it's not too uncomfortable or unwieldy. OTK is commonly referred to as intimate, and the hierarchy it demonstrates is archetypal domestic dominance and submission. When I first started spanking I went to series of lectures by our pastor's wife on parenting, which included a section on discipline and corporal punishment. This can be noticed by the change in the crying to sobbing and ceasing resistance like kicking. But I do see Rebecca's point. I have seen suggestions of clamping their legs down with right leg, and then can feel the change in resistance, but still have a steady target to spank. I think it is a good position to spank anybody because it makes them feel little again which adds to the punishment. Take the approximate number of spankings you have received and time that by the approximate number of swats per spanking and you will be surprised at your final number. The majority of you will be surprised when you see that you were given well over 1000 swats and over 100 or more spankings. For example, my 15-year-old son has been spanked OTK from age 4 to the present. I estimate that he has received so far in those 12 years at least 100 spanking and each spanking was approximately 30 swats total with hand and implement which equals 3000 swats. Between ages 16 to present they are spanked at least every 8 to 10 weeks and again sometimes more. Those spankings are given with hand and mostly with the Jokari paddle. What time is her bedtime or what time was she sent to bed? In my situation, my bedtime is 9:30 and if my mom sent me to bed two hours early, that means I would be in bed at 7:30 pm. Bobby, I have sent my kids to bed as early as 5:30pm after giving them a serious spanking. If relatives or friends are over, would you still send to bed early? Also, when sent to bed early, I presume being able to get out of bed for bathroom and such is okay? Once in bed, is staying in bed until a certain time in the morning required. I have to stay in bed until 6 am, regardless.
