My 21-year-old niece always ask for a spanking the night before a test or exam. She says it releases her from all her stress and is able to concentrate better when taking the test. She says that it is hard to sit but the spanking is worth it.

I had thought about the studying part, but would say that a spanking gets you to being downright serious and focusing on what you have to do.
