I say that as a former smoker who started at age 28 and stopped in 2010. The problem is, it becomes an insidious addiction in short order. Everything seems okay at first and it's almost enjoyable. After some time passes, you start getting shortness of breath and so on... we all know smoking progressively damages lung tissue.
