When it was my turn I would sort of try to put myself in a good place. Firstly understanding that I deserved what I had coming, accepting it and mentally prepare, sort of like a form of meditation.

In exchanging emails with you some time ago, it was clear that you had a strong sense of right and wrong and had no hesitation in ensuring that those that strayed, including yourself, got what was deserved. So it would make sense that you would recognize and deal with your own misbehaviors by accepting the consequences of your actions.

Regarding the others in your life that have strayed, is there anything you can share on college girl. Have you had to discipline her of late or regularly and if so how is that working out for everyone in the household if you are still with your partner?
