Your spankings are intense. Try to figure out why you started slipping back into old habits that you don't really enjoy and that are not promoting your strengths. Having a really sore bottom in class may be helpful but probably squirming and trying to find a comfortable position is really distracting. Re-read your notes from Friday and see if they are coherent. I hope they are but I predict that they won't make a lot of sense or you didn't even try to take them. You and Agnes may need to review your responsibilities. Failing to meet them is a downer. See if you can update them and if you really can achieve a reasonable level of meeting them. Finally, consider starting maintenance spankings. You might find them very satisfying. Regarding them as "reminder spankings" may put them in a better light! Karin_ven is understating how much a hairbrush spanking or the hairbrush portion of a combination hand and hairbrush spanking HURTS when she says "like Hell." It would make almost everyone howl in pain! Especially if the spanks are applied rapidly to the infamous "sit spots."
