Firstly I have my reservations about the validity of this post. Assuming that this is true, the discipline should be solely between mother and daughter.

She has committed three very serious offenses. Mother and daughter need to have a long talk when it is only them in the house. While lecturing, mother needs to pull her pants to her ankles and to intensify the drama and seriousness of the situation after several minutes of lecturing mother should pull down her underwear. She should stand in front of her mother for several more minutes before being taken across her knees. With an old fashioned wooden hairbrush make the first swat count. Spank her slowly for about a minute before giving her a couple minutes break. Repeat this process several times ending with a flurry of about 20-30 hard, fast swats.

After about 20 minutes in the corner cradle her in your lap for as long as it takes with forgiveness. Make it clear that any such misbehavior will be dealt with in the same manner.
