Dear Laura,

All I can say is that I am stating exactly what I have observed. No administrator has ever made a comment but being a witness I can certainly see the difference between a small petite student, boy or girl, I've seen both, receiving the three swats. It sure looke to me that there is more effort put into the swats being administered to the larger as opposed to the smaller student. I doubt anyone would openly admit this but I'm right there watching and I see a difference.
I agree with you. Maybe it's time to look for different disciplinary methods.
