This is not from personal experience but I woman who I have chatted with for some time did go to a high school where paddling of students was allowed and she claimed that there was one male teacher who almost exclusively selected girls with larger bottoms to be paddled which clearly indicated he had sexual reasons for many paddlings. I am sure there are or were too many examples of such perverts

Yes I would have been singled out as well and I am sure there were many teachers getting turned on from spanking their students which really is an assault.
