Hi, it is evident that you have given a lot of anguished thought on the best way to proceed with your sister and her naughty daughter. I would suggest that you re-think your belief that the first spanking needs to be done by your sister. I can understand why you think that is important but in the end you want the spanking to be done right. A detailed list of how that is best achieved does not begin to compare to a clear example of a spanking actually witnessed by your sister. In other words, you should convince your sister that you be allowed to spank so she sees how it is best done and gets the results you have. It appears that your sister is primed to watch given the scratching incident and her recognition that she does need to reign her daughter in and teach her a lesson to both punish and deter future misbehavior.

presumably your 14 year old is much better behaved than your sister's daughter and the that has not gone unnoticed by your sister. Sound bare bottom spankings of a teen boy can get that result. Your sister would also having listened to you spank know how thorough you spank and so would know that she should expect you to be thorough with her daughter. So the main elements of the spanking you would administer is not secret, including it being on the bare bottom.

One your sister witnesses how much better behaved her daughter is from your spanking she will be a convert and know it works. If for some reason she is reluctant to spank as harshly as you do, the threat that you will be spanking the girl again in future can be used to extract better behavior from here. Overall, it would be a win win.

I understand your son is highly embarrassed to be spanked by you. It would be worse for him to have your sister witness but such a demonstration could also communicate what needs to be done. Your son could be told ahead of time what to expect and so he best behave. Perhaps that will be such a shock that your spanking days are over. You would know best about that. But if he is to be spanked in front of your sister, she would once again realize well what needs to happen for spank-able behavior and perhaps appreciate your gesture which is made to be taken to heart by her with her own daughter.
