I have no statistics to answer such questions. Personally, I sit on a sturdy high stool with a large stuffed pillow on my lap. The culprit is balanced bare bottom up over the pillow. This prevents any unwanted contact between the culprit and my clean pressed skirt. This is how bad boys and girls get their hairbrush spankings, likely the last such spanking they will need for a good long time.
