 I remember visiting friends I knew were spanked. Rarely did I see any implements out unless someone had just earned one.

Making a big thing out of spanking implements being in their normal hanging spot seems like a rule just to have a rule for you accidentally to violate and thereby "earn" a spanking.

Thea is always so good on advice and on looking on the bright side. Maybe Shelby isn't mean or cruel but just beginning her dominant career. Just be on guard is my advice. You, Emmie Sue, haven't much or any experience dominating. I cannot imagine you doing any of the mean things Shelby does to you. I admit to my inexperience and lack of knowledge so take any advice from me with the usual grains of salt.
