I'm now working in finance and only participating in sports as a hobby. The company I work for has rapidly expanded with most of the recruitment from women who have emigrated from China, Singapore or Malaysia. These girls are something else! They are utterly dedicated to making money, often gaining huge profits from short term crypto markets. They are all slim and beautiful and think nothing of spending thousands on handbags and perfume. So what's the spanking link? Virtually all seem to have been ultra obedient and respectful of parents. No teenage rebellion and frighteningly dedicated to study. Several have revealed that at school and university if they strayed half an inch from perfection, their mothers caned their bare bottoms. They see that as helpful and normal. I ran wild for a while and sport saved me. I played circuit tennis and professional soccer. I didn't reengage in education until I was 23. Having strict caring parents is I think overall a good thing, although not to the Chinese Tiger Mom degree! Nevertheless, these women are a phenomenon and are making big money in cities such as New York, Boston, London and Edinburgh. In Singapore large canes are used for brutal penal whippings, and smaller canes for the discipline of children at school and home. These canes are sold in convenience stores everywhere. Is it worth it? Well reducing crime, juvenile delinquency and unsightly litter enhances the freedom and quality of life for everyone else.
