For me, giving a spanking is a thrill, an adrenaline rush. It's like solving a particularly challenging sudoku puzzle at the same time as bicycling down a steep hill.

Getting a spanking is mostly about the sensation. It's like eating very spicy food. I enjoy the endorphin high from the pain.
