JenniAnn, so sorry about your birching! Sounds nasty! Wooden spoon spankings were the worst for me. The sting was unbearable and I'd had ugly oval welts on my buns/thighs.
My younger sister and I both bawled/kicked wildly but Gail would always plead not to be spanked, especially in front of me/others. I hated being bared also but saw no point in trying to stop it. It just made Gail more juvenile and pathetic.
But she was chubby and had body issues so she would always beg not to have her panties pulled down for spankings.

I see spankings did make you rub and howl, just not jump around the room like we did.
But embarrassing for you to be so obviously louder and crazy kicking than
your sis, but when our bare bottoms are on FIRE we don't really care what we look/sound like.

And my sympathies for losing bladder control, what was that like? It happened to my cousin two times.

Yes while the spanking was ongoing I didn't care how I sounded or kicked with my legs. But when I saw/heard her getting spanked I felt that I am more a baby then she is although I am her bigger sister.
Losing control of the bladder was extremely embarrassing but the worst were not the times it happened in relation to a spanking. I had a weak bladder in general for which I was bullied at school. Losing control over your bladder in front of bullies was the worst that could happen beside everyone finding out I still got spanked. Dad got furious when I lost control, he thought I was trying to avoid the spanking but mom understood. It didn't help though, her hairbrush didn't come down easier just because i had an accident in fear. How was it for your cousin? Did you watch it happen to her?
