It's very embarrassing when I'm told to undress for a real spanking. I also understand what you are saying about redemption too. Boy, you hit the nail on the head when you said humbling. It sure does take courage to get up on the table in position knowing that dad will be using his strap. I'm always in tears before he even starts.

I'd suggest, not nude, but bare. Either from waist down or panties / PJ bottoms at your knees, ankles. And, talk to them now, ask them for their thoughts?

You can always suggest it as a one time thing, to try and see if it makes it a better, more redemptive, experience.

The big thing is when you get the strap, it's imposed on you. This spanking will be more of a joint one. Something for your own good you and mom and dad talk about and agree on together before it happens.

Dear Mindy,
Well, I did talk to mom and daddy last night. IDK, I just kinda felt brave so I hopped up into dad's lap and brought up the traditional BD spanking and we started talking. I told him about my thoughts. He just smiled and said"Pumpkin, whatever you decide, it's your BD!" So I still don't know. I could always ask dad to wedgie my panties before he starts. That way my bottom is bare but I'm still covered. I have till the 15th.
