I agree with you talking on their cell phone when driving is another automatic spanking. In our state if caught talking on phone while driving it is a $150.00 fine. Mom's fine is a serious hand and paddle bare bottom spanking. So far, they have obeyed that rule that I know of. Was that the same for your brother and you from your parents?
My 18 yr old nephew was ticketed for talking on his phone and besides having to pay the fine out of his savings, my brother strapped his bare bottom.
