Sometimes OTK is not practical. It can depend on the size of the spankee and speaking of someone who has Dunlap (Belly stick out past my lap) disease, there may not be much lap available. And OTK is not good for some implements, such as belts, straps, canes, and long paddles. I have a massage table I use quite often and having the lady laying face down on it usually has her bottom at a nice height for spanking with or without a pillow.

1. A massage table is a good idea. You can position it however you like and walk around it from different sides. I'd just like to highlight the issue of how to comfortably position spankee's hands.
2. You seem like one of the sensible people here. I'm not sure I understand. Is this a forum for adults who have discipline at home? I'm hoping to talk to adults.
