I rarely use OTK for two reasons: 1) Size of the spankee, and 2) Limited swing with the spankee OTK. I usually use a belt or strap, so being able to get a full swing in is important. I use a couple positions regularly, one of which is face down on the bed. If her full body is on the bed, I prop up her hips with a couple pillows. That gets her bottom at the proper height and angle. A couple variants that I sometimes use are with the spankee kneeling alongside the bed with her upper body lying on the bed, or with her lying face down on the bed with her legs dangling off. It's not about causing pain for the sake of pain itself, it's to send a message. If the spanking or belting is not effective it's doing the recipient a disservice. What implement does your disciplinarian use in that position? I also tend to be a stickler about positioning.
