Hookah Haze

This is a Visual Novel in which you play the manager of a hookah lounge. During the course of the game, you interact with three female customers, who you can achieve various endings with. (The sex of the player character, who also smokes hookah, is made intentionally ambiguous, presumably to allow player self-insertion.) Gameplay primarily consists of creating different tobacco blends to post as specials, which controls what girls show up on a given day. There is also a simple coal-changing minigame, though this seems to have no effect except to provide achievements.

If one is into cute anime girls smoking hookah, then this is the game for you. All the smoking in the game is hookah (and everything smoked is shisha tobacco, not any other smokable herb), though there are some occasional references to cigarette smoking in comparison to hookah. There is frequent smoking-related dialog, primarily related to the girls’ flavor preferences, as well as frequent smoking animations and images.
