Bent Oak Island

This is a pixel-art point-and-click Adventure game, set in the 90s, starring a boy named Archer and his twin sister Sam. Befitting the 90s setting, there are several instances of smoking. In one puzzle, a smoking woman requests that you trade her a pack of cigarettes for her phone number, which you must buy from a vending machine (remember those?). Sam then comments that she would have required a whole carton of cigarettes to part with her own number. Another female character, who is possibly a vampire, smokes something brown, which could be a cigar, a clove cigarette, or something out of a holder; it’s a bit hard to tell with only three pixels.

Class of '09: The Re-Up

This is a Visual Novel that follows a group of particularly messed-up high school girls though their lives at a particularly messed-up school. One character, Jecka, is referred to as an addicted smoker who started a year earlier. There is a branch that can be reached where she and the protagonist Nicole have an extended indoors smoking scene. There are also several other references that can be found of other characters getting cigarettes from Jecka and of Jecka smoking outside the school.
