Today's batch is a mix of adult titles, visual novels, simulator-style games, and JRPGs. There should be a few more updates coming down the pipe before the year is out, so stay tuned for that!

Hookah Cafe Simulator
A first-person “simulator” style game where you run a hookah cafe. You can prepare hookah and serve them to male and female customers. There are some simple hookah-smoking animations.

Fear and Hunger
Fear and Hunger 2: Termina
These are JRPG-style games which contain Tobacco and Pipes as items. If you have Tobacco and a Pipe, male or female player characters can smoke the Tobacco to regain Mind points. In the first game, opium can also be smoked in the same way.

Love and Sex: Second Base
This is a Dating Sim game in which the player visits various locations in a city and triggers events. In one event, the player character catches his boss, Aletta, smoking a cigarette out a window at work. This leads to an extended smoking scene, possibly involving the player smoking with Aletta. Unfortunately, Aletta’s smoking does not seem to be revisited.
There is also a prostitute girl character, Lexi, who is once briefly described as smoking a cigarette. The player can also date Lexi, which can lead to an extended marijuana smoking scene, in which the player potentially smokes with her. In addition, the player can purchase and use weed from a shady back alley.

Nymphomaniac -- Sex Addict
Madmind Studio is known for their succubus-themed, janky, simulator-style games. In this one, you control a woman, Vydija, as she maintains her apartment and makes ends meet, mostly through sex work. After unlocking certain events, Vydija can smoke cigarettes in several places in her apartment, triggering looping 3D animations and lowering her stress level. Her smokes are described as "Haffke brand pack of cigarettes, the most tar-filled and nicotine-saturated cigarettes on the market. You can feel your own lungs after smoking them, and saliva is always brown when spitting." Vydija also grows weed in her apartment, and can smoke a bong.
