  • It's actually the opposite. Conditioning is a way to prevent injuries. Most other sports or dance types do conditioning to help build muscle etc in a safer way. Way more likely to injure yourself doing dance moves you aren't strong enough for. (NT) -- X, 17:10:52 07/25/17 Tue
  • If this is done correctly andby a professional there should be no strain. There should be no injury to the athlete at all. If the Trainer cares at all they would also look into how the dancer moves and perhaps do a little education while at it. (NT) -- HTH, 08:53:36 02/16/18 Fri
