I do not think that physical strength should be the guiding principle when the boy opposes the order to undress and not allow his genitals to be examined. A 14-15 years old young man is quite well-developed and strong, and then the doctor's visit can turn from a examination into a round of wrestling competition and 'll provoke more resolute resistance. Instead, he should be convinced that this review should be carried out even without his consent, and in the face of disobedience, privileges such as use of internet, social networks, mobile phone or television as well as other favorite activities such as sporting events or discos will be restricted. The prospect that the omission of one of the mandatory exams will trigger in-depth future examinations and research together with lot of restrictions should break the boy's resistance and he will accept "voluntarily" to assist doctors to perform the necessary manipulations. In order to create maximum comfort for the boy during the exam, it is appropriate for the mother to limit the presence of brothers, sisters and other relatives, and to keep the uncomfortable details of the procedure in secret.
