The Master seems a little hesitant at first, but he draws closer to Anzu and strides slowly around her. Cerberus trails in his wake, snuffling at the girl. He reaches forth - never having been fond of close contact with others - and wraps his arms lightly about her neck. A shudder convulses his body, and her trains his attention on the shifting, luminescent qualities of the Shifter's wings. Letting go with one arm, he lets his fingers trail down through the soft feathers, marvelling at the strange warm feeling.
He wanted that power.
No physical difference would give away his carefully guarded thoughts. He leans away and picks up Cerberus, cradling the beast like he would a baby with his limbs sticking up in the air. He clicks and grunts with amusement, having never been in a situation like this. The Master then leans back into Anzu and hugs her neck, cushioning the 'cem between them. (Too lazy to find the first part of that. XD)
