What a stubborn boy.
Seem that he isn't finding any good reason for studying enough to get a minimum sufficient result.
He seem not motivated and maybe he decided that school year at this point is wasted?
Seem also that he isn't interested on his bottom and I'm sure that you are an excellent spanker, but your spankings aren't a deterrent. Honestly I haven't any advice. Just don't surrender and keep his butt hot.
