Thanks for sharing this, I think even at 15 that is an apropeit bedtime for Shaun, you know him best. Bobby was the same, he needed more sleep, Donny and Scott's bedtimes at 14-15 was 9 but if they had trouble getting up in the morning it would have been scaled back.

Bedtimes were also written in stone here as well. Yes I would do that, but not that far in advance but as I always say we are not all the same. :)

Here I would start a few days before school started I would start them going to bed at their school bedtimes and get them up in the morning the same time as going to school as with your Shaun, there were many times from each boy had pushback and had to spank.

Their bedtime struggles didn't end there, over the years I had to give many a spanking at bedtime because they did not want to go to bed and argued about their bedtimes or they would not stay in bed.

I would tell them all a half hour ahead of time so they could get ready and then 15 min before they would go to their room if they weren't already, the bedtimes here meant in bed lights out.
